Galtres Pickering Showground is the ideal location for the Pickering Motor Show, having previously hosted a variety of well-attended events.
This excellent, easily accessible venue provides not only acres of outdoor display space but also an indoor exhibition hall, showcasing displays of hundreds of motorised exhibits including cars, trucks and motorcycles in a variety of styles including modified, performance, custom, American and vintage. Whatever your age, this event offers the opportunity to see some of your favourite vehicles up close.
Individual, company and club stand entries are welcome.
The indoor exhibition hall and canopy area will be home to a preselected display of the finest motorised vehicles. To apply to show in this area please email: concourse@outdoorshows.co.uk with the details of your exhibit and photographs. Successful applicants will be notified two weeks prior to the show and receive complimentary entry. If you are unsuccessful, you will still be very welcome to enter to exhibit in the outdoor display areas via our website.

Exhibitors can arrive from midday Friday and stay until 10am Monday. Sunday is event day so Saturday can be spent preparing your exhibit and speaking with like minded people, or you may choose to walk/drive into Pickering and explore what it has to offer.
Saturday evening the Bar Marquee will be open and will feature live on stage, Bite the Bullitt, a popular covers band providing a range of music.
The Pickering Motor Show will also feature an incredible display from Defying Gravity; a show which combines the skill of two freestyle BMX riders and the extreme sport of mountainboarding which results in a breathtaking ariel performance… not to be missed and great entertainment for all the family.
Come and witness the ‘magic’ of Magic Mike… an absolute necessity for the young and the young at heart! This amazing show features magic tricks, ventriloquism, balloon modelling, juggling and much more
The event will also include trade stands, autojumble, fun fair, catering and licensed bar and much more.
Why not make a weekend of it and camp onsite? Prebooked camping is available from midday Friday until 10am Monday and includes unlimited family access to the event for only £55 – book now to avoid disappointment!

Browse all things car-related with our collection of vintage, classic, modified, American and everything in-between, ranging from the early 1900s oldies and through the decades to modern, shining models of today. Custom cars will also be on display with the latest bold paint creations, wraps and personalised modifications.

Calling all bike fanatics, now’s your chance to engage in some nostalgia! Mingle amongst some carefully restored historic exhibits, vintage, classic and modern motorcycles and see how engines and design features have advanced in a world of ever-changing manufacturing and technology.
This line-up at Pickering Motor Show showcases a diverse insight into the world of two wheels with bikes, both old and new, from various areas of the competition scene as well as a whole lot of bikes for fun!
Come and have a chat with the owners; they’re usually keen to share stories of rescues, rebuilds, rare-finds and any other snippets of information they may have acquired over the years.
See a truck display well worth a visit at Pickering Motor Show! Wander around a variety of exhibits ranging from the early 1900s vintage and working trucks through to the present day and see how history has shaped these workhorses to stay at the forefront of transport in an ever-evolving world. Witness how innovation and technology have kept some of the biggest manufacturers at the top of their game, helping to keep businesses viable around the globe.
Pickering Motor Show will also be showcasing a display of customised trucks… amazing to look at with their professional airbrushed-art bodywork, creative custom wraps, state-of-the-art lighting bars etc., and not forgetting all the performance enhancing additions going on under the bonnet!

Come and witness the ‘magic’ of Magic Mike… an absolute necessity for the young and the young at heart! This extremely talented professional presents an amazing show featuring magic tricks, ventriloquism, balloon modelling, juggling and much much more. Magic Mike will keep the entire audience captivated from start to finish with many giggles along the way, doing three sessions of 45 minutes each day.
Sand Art is an experience… not just a product, providing children and adults alike with the opportunity to create amazing pictures with brightly coloured sand to take home and keep. Sand Art picture workshops are entertaining, educational and inspiring while encouraging creativity, concentration and developing fine motor skills. This is a truly inclusive experience and a lovely exercise for the whole family to enjoy.

Test your driving skills through a series of coned slalom runs, driving forward and reversing through the course. Also a series of parking challenges to ultimately find the days best driver.

Attracting car clubs from around the country. There is no minimum or maximum for the number of cars on your club stand. Register your club in our show car ticket shop and your club members can book onto your stand at their convenience.
Available for Tents, Trailer Tents, Caravans and Motorhomes. Camping must be pre-booked.

Rides will include Dodgems, Miami and Waltzers.
A licensed bar and caterers will be onsite selling food and drink to suit all tastes. Live band on the Saturday night for those camping onsite, plus fairground rides.

Tickets are available to coach tour operators at a 40% DISCOUNTED PRICE on a pre-booked basis. Minimum 16 tickets per booking. Onsite parking is available to coaches that have pre-booked. Up to two drivers per coach will gain free entry to the event.

CARAVAN & CAMPING

You can pre-book your site for the weekend and full unlimited access to the event for up to 2 adults and 3 under 16s. You can arrive from lunchtime on Friday and stay until 10am Monday.
There is Water, Toilets and an Elsan Point on the camping area.

TRADE WITH US
TRADERS
From specialist traders to tool stands, clothing to footwear, there will be a wide variety of trade stands at the event.
All outdoor trade space is 12 metres deep. You can camp on your pitch if you wish. Please ensure you book enough space to accommodate your stand, vehicle and any form of accommodation.
The sale of hot food, alcohol to be consumed onsite, sweets and ice cream is not permitted as trading concessions are already in place for this event.
