GDPR STATEMENT
In accordance with the GDPR regulations (effective 25th May 2018) we wish to inform you that your personal information which you have supplied to us is put onto a database which is encrypted and password protected. The information stored is for our personal use only. Only the company director and office staff have access to the relevant database.
The company will ensure your personal details will always be treated in strict confidence and will not be passed on or sold to any other organisations or third party without your consent or without a legitimate reason as is lawful.
Databases are used purely for the generation of invoices/receipts, to issue vehicle passes and to send the relevant application forms. The original application forms are kept in a secure filing cabinet and are not shared with any third parties.
Please remember to notify us of any changes of address or telephone numbers, as appropriate.
